These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of fiberglasspoolrx.com, operated by Fiberglass Pool Rx ("we," "us," "our"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Articles in our learning center and elsewhere on this site are general educational information about fiberglass pools. They are not a diagnosis of your pool, engineering advice, or a substitute for a professional inspection. Pools differ; conditions like draining risk and structural damage can be dangerous to assess or attempt yourself. For an assessment of your specific pool, use the Free Pool Checkup.
2. Estimates
Photo-based estimates and any pricing ranges on this site (for example, in our cost guides) are good-faith guidance, not binding offers. Actual pricing, scope, scheduling, and warranty terms for any project are set out in your written project agreement and written warranty, which control over anything on this website.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including submitting false or misleading information through our forms, uploading content you don't have rights to, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site, scraping content at scale, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.
4. Your submissions
When you submit photos or information through our forms or by text, you confirm you have the right to share them and grant us permission to use them to diagnose your pool, prepare estimates, and perform and document work. We won't use your photos in public marketing without asking you first. Handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The content of this site, text, graphics, logos, and the Fiberglass Pool Rx name and brand, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view, link to, and print pages for personal use. You may not republish, copy at scale, or use our brand without written permission.

The site may link to third-party websites (for example, review platforms). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
