How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and provide the diagnosis, estimate, or service you requested.
• To schedule, perform, document, and warranty pool work, including sending you photo updates during your project.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing. Mobile opt-in data and text messaging consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Your pool photos are used to diagnose and document your project, if we ever want to feature your project publicly (for example, in our gallery), we ask you first.

When we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate, for example, website hosting, form processing, scheduling software, and analytics providers, and only as needed to do their jobs. These providers are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
